I had an outstanding experience working with Miguel, the body shop estimator at Town East Ford. From start to finish, Miguel provided exceptional customer service, and his attention to detail was truly second to none. He kept everything organized, communicated clearly throughout the process, and made sure the repairs were handled exactly as they should be. To top it off, the repairs were completed ahead of schedule, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. My truck looked fantastic, and it was obvious that Miguel and the entire body shop team take great pride in their work.
