The repair seemed to take a long time. There were holidays involved & I've never had body work done so I don't know what the usual timeframe is. The work was great, and I got regular updates. I wasn't expecting it to take as long as it did, but overall it was still a positive experience.

You guys did a really good job. Billy, my service rep, was the best! He did everything possible to help me and make sure that I knew that I was being taken care of. He kept me up-to-speed on the progress of my car and was so willing to fix a minor issue after I picked my car up. He's definitely one of the reasons why I would come back and refer people I know. He made me feel extremely comfortable with Ford collision working on my car. Great job Billy!!
