I only allow Toyota to service my vehicle & replace with Toyota parts. Although I live 3 hours from the body & service & tire locations, they are worth the drive to Berkeley.

Upon my request, Mr. Melendez thoroughly detailed the interior: carpets, upholstery, ceiling, side panels, dash. He even affixed my 2 piece mask to my Sienna!

Not all repairs were completed before releasing the vehicle as "completed". Customer was not made aware of pending repairs until asked about the broken light that was awaiting the part at the Collision center.

I’m willing to do a commercial anytime for them without getting paid!!! They not only repaired the car which was the job that they were responsible to do, they went beyond by absolutely cleaned the interior of my car, comply detailed! The staff was friendly and explained it all before the job started. Friendly and efficient. I am disabled, I would come back again.

Was excited to get my car back today but the work done to my car was terrible the bumper was not fitting right and the dents are pretty much just got painted over. Don’t get why they didn’t just replace the bumper if it’s damaged. Worst thing is they get a me rental car and tell me come back Tuesday no apology or explanation on what will be done . Terrible manger doesn’t even know what customer service is. Would never be back to this body shop again. I’m not one to write reviews but I ve never experienced such bad customer service and quality management!

Low quality work. They gave a Me a call to come get my car they pretty much just painted over the damages and put back the bumper it didn’t even fit right uneven and weird looking. Very disappointed on how low their standers are and I’m really unhappy my insurance referred me to them. They have terrible rating.
