Excellent service. I can’t believe it took so little time to repair my car. They kept us informed the whole time about the process and the progress of the repair, from the moment you walk into the Toyota Collision Center, starting with the person who greets you at the front desk, the inspector who walks you through the process and explains everything, all the way to the person who hands you the car at the end, everyone has been very friendly and kind. If you’re covered by auto insurance, you also have the option to rent a car right at the center while your own vehicle is being repaired. Thank you, I’m very grateful with the final results on my vehicle.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Toyota of Clermont Collision Center. From the very beginning, Elizabeth was incredibly nice, professional, and informative. She took the time to explain the process and helped make everything as smooth and efficient as possible. When I brought my car in, Oscar simply asked for the keys, and within no time I was able to pick up a rental right there at the location and continue with my day. The entire repair was completed in just one week, and they notified me right away when my car was ready. Excellent service from start to finish! Great job, everyone, and keep up the good work!

Communications was terrible. AI kept sending me messages saying everything is fine and it wasn’t. I had difficulty talking to someone that had any knowledge of what was going on with my repairs. I was told I couldn’t pick the car up on Friday after 4 o’clock by a lady. Another lady called and said we’re trying to get your car done today and should have it by 5 o’clock. I picked the car up at 5:15. Thank God for that second lady that was actually trying to provide customer service. She should be rewarded. I believe her name was Kim.
