I was extremely impressed with the service I received from the Toyota of Orlando Collision Center. From the repair process to the return of my vehicle, everything was handled professionally and efficiently, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the repair was completed. When I picked up my vehicle, I also noticed that it had received a courtesy cleaning, which was such a thoughtful extra touch and something I truly appreciated. It showed me that your team cares not only about repairing the vehicle, but also about making sure the customer leaves feeling completely taken care of. I want to sincerely thank the entire Collision Center team for their hard work, professionalism, and attention to detail. i cannot say enough good things about my experience. Geico was slow to get things approved and i was on a very tight schedule to get the car fixed in time to move my daughter out of state to college (it is her car and she needed it). Miryan and team moved mountains to get the car completed in time and also they were able to get it serviced for me as well! Excellent customer service.

The staff at collision shop were very professional. Jason, the manager checked on my vehicle for me when it wasn't ready by the enticipated delivery date. Lex was professional and apologized for the delay. They made sure I had transportation the entire time my car was in the shop. Thank you to the young ladies at the desk for their continous smiles.
