I think the reps outside need a little buy more training. I had to wait. Like 15 minutes at a counter because the rep outside sent me to the wrong person inside.

Staff was experienced and courteous. The service excellent. However the rear left and right windows cannot be controlled by the driver. Only the person sitting in the rear. That's new, was not that way prior to the accident

I was satisfied with the repair to my vehicle to a certain extent. I know one headlight was changed and I felt to keep the integrity of the vehicle the same both headlights should have been changed. Having one dull light doesn’t show uniformity. I would not had mind paying out of pocket for it or given the option.
