they could have done better with systemic and standard communication of the progress of the repairs. Trying to be a black box is not transparent

They person I had Ulysses H. (I hope that was his name)was the most awesome person I every had with a collision place. He went over and beyond in helping me. When I came to return my car rental I didnt know how I was going to move 2 cars eats with 2 sleeping toddlers from over vehicle to another. No questions asked he said let me help you with that.🙌 if I can give him 10 stars I would! And my car service they always update me and I could always check to see my status as well I would recommend you guys to any and everyone.And if I ever have need to come to a collision center.You guys will be my first pick. Here's a polished, heartfelt, and slightly humorous version of your review: I can't say enough good things about this collision center! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ First, Ulysses H. was hands down the best person I've ever worked with at a collision center. He truly went above and beyond. When I returned my rental car, I had two sleeping toddlers and two car seats to move into my vehicle. I had no idea how I was going to manage it all. Without me even asking, Ulysses said, "Let me help you with that." That simple act of kindness meant so much to me. 🙌 If I could give him 10 stars, I absolutely would! The service on my car was just as impressive. They kept me updated throughout the entire repair process, and I could easily check the status of my vehicle whenever I wanted. The communication was excellent, and everything was handled professionally. I would recommend this collision center to anyone and everyone. Hopefully I won't need collision repairs again anytime soon, but if I ever do, you all will be my first choice. Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier!

I was satisfied with my experience but have one tiny suggestion regarding customer service. Especially the gentleman I was dealing with as my point of contact for repairs, one small suggestion for him to work on customer service, maybe tone and politeness. When a customer is dealing with the stress of loss of work due to vehicle repair and other daily stresses of life, small acts of kindness and customer service and basic politeness go a long way. Other than that very satisfied with our repair experience.

Took over a month. Got my car back and my driver side window tint is damaged and now the bumper is popping off on both sides.
