I was satisfied with my experience but have one tiny suggestion regarding customer service. Especially the gentleman I was dealing with as my point of contact for repairs, one small suggestion for him to work on customer service, maybe tone and politeness. When a customer is dealing with the stress of loss of work due to vehicle repair and other daily stresses of life, small acts of kindness and customer service and basic politeness go a long way. Other than that very satisfied with our repair experience.

Took over a month. Got my car back and my driver side window tint is damaged and now the bumper is popping off on both sides.

I think your team has done an amazing job. I don't know what the full effects of what the damage would have been but it was pretty extensive to the front end. I picked up my vehicle and drove it about 80 miles today just to test normal everyday driving functions. Lights are good, everything on the front end is fine, the driving sensors are fantastic, and the car is still getting perfect ECO milage on sustained speeds of about 55 to 60 mph ( 40+ mpg). Your manager recommended getting the OEM parts to ensure the fit was correct. In my release form your team asks what the most important thing was for me and the repair of my vehicle and I wrote a side note that ultimately, I just want the car as close to what the quality was before I was hit. Barring some kind of issue that pops up, I think your team did a fantastic job. It was the first accident I had ever been a part of in 25+ years of driving and the car is like brand new. Thank you guys so much
