We’re with State Farm but prefer Transtar over their long list of body shops, where I often felt like just another number. They paid Tran just as the others but he went beyond and did extras. He a regular for us and always details the car to new condition. Since the car was in his shop, he did all the fluid changes (transmission to) and a tune up with Toyota parts. Other shops don't order OEM parts and that's a deal killer for us.

Very happy I came here. Only had my car 2 months when someone dropped a sculpture that scratched my driver’s side door and front panel. They did an amazing job making my car look brand new like the day I bought it, complete with a detailing. With the color of my car, anything short of an exact match would be super obvious, but the team at Transtar got the perfect paint match. I’ll be back, though hopefully not for some time. Like to keep in new a bit longer.
