I was a little nervous about bringing my car to Traynor. It was my very first time. From the moment that I walked through the door, I was greeted by the pleasantries of the secretary. She assured me that everything will be okay and that I was in great hands. They kept me updated from beginning to end. When I picked up my car, Tony walked me through what he had done to my car. My car looked fabulous. I want to personally thank the entire staff at Traynor for letting my first impression be a lasting great impression! I would recommend this auto body shop to others. The rear taillight that was replaced on the passenger side is not flush and sticks out. I was surprised it was released. Also, on the driver side, the bumper dod not appear secure at the edge, possibly a missing clip. The staff are very friendly.
