Every aspect of our interaction with everyone at Trew has been exceptional. Beginning with Brandy as our estimator, your help with a rental, accommodating our schedule, holding the car for pick - up and of course the actual repairs, we found your proactive, customer forward service remarkable and refreshing. The explanation of repairs and follow through were a pleasure to experience. My questions about OEM parts and the solutions you offered especially put my mind at ease. The honest an comprehensive damage assessment was much appreciated, as was the taking the time to explain the whys and wherefors to uxs and keeping us informed. Your attention to detail was quite obvious right up through our picking up the car. My wife was especially impressed with the gentleman who did the walk-through. He immediately did whatever was needed to address a blemish she noticed...and it wasn't even part of the actual repair! We truly got a car back that looked like new. Great job by ALL your staff in every aspect and well worth our recommendation. Kudos.

Trew Auto Body made the whole experience of dealing with a non drivable car easy and pain free. The rental car was coordinated and saved me so much time. Plus, my car came back very clean on the inside which I appreciated greatly. I highly recommend Trews for any auto body repair.
