We took ownership early 2025, bringing with us more than 20 years of experience owning and operating collision repair shops throughout the area. After previously operating four collision repair locations, we made the decision to focus our experience and attention on one location—Olympia Autobody. Our goal is simple: make the repair process as easy and efficient as possible while restoring your vehicle to its pre-accident condition. We understand that dealing with an accident can be stressful, so we’re here to help from start to finish. Everything was done very well, and the car was washed for us and a part that I didn’t know where it went was placed without even asking them to do it. They are very nice to work with at the Front Desk. They got the car done and a very good time. Very happy with all of it and we will use them in the future if we need any more repairs? carstar is prompt in providing an estimate, scheduling repairs, and informing of chamges in the work scope while in the process. i love that the costs were transparent at each step. front desk staff is super friendly and patient in answering questions. first time “accident victim”, staff was friendly, honest, and transparent in the process and costs. would recommend this shop to everyone

The electronics are not working- including info screen, ac, backup camera. the diagnostics require I take the Lexus to dealer, the only resource that has the correct readers. This will take at least another week.
