carstar is prompt in providing an estimate, scheduling repairs, and informing of chamges in the work scope while in the process. i love that the costs were transparent at each step. front desk staff is super friendly and patient in answering questions. first time “accident victim”, staff was friendly, honest, and transparent in the process and costs. would recommend this shop to everyone

The electronics are not working- including info screen, ac, backup camera. the diagnostics require I take the Lexus to dealer, the only resource that has the correct readers. This will take at least another week.
