Carlos was not pleasant to work with. During the initial call I had to pry simple details from him. He acted like my business was inconvenient to him. I dropped off the car on a Tuesday and was told it would be done Friday. I didn't hear a word from anyone until I called at 3:30pm Friday and Carlos said it was done. Again he was very short and acted like he had better things to do. When I arrived to pick up the car, Dan handled the paperwork and was much better to deal with.
