If Jim is there, I’d have no problem working with Gerber again. He was very honest and forthcoming on what he could do and what he could not do. He also did his research. He knew his job well.

I still have the rattling noise and haven’t had a chance to call back in, but my experience with Jim was wonderful. He was very attentive and professional. Ven helpez me make the best decision for my situation by doing his research and giving me critical information to help me come to that decision. I would definitely work with him again and recommend others to work with him. It’s not the company, but the people they employ that make the difference.
