Overall the service was good and repairs were quick. There was a little bump in the process between the shop and my insurance company that was a little frustrating but all was quickly resolved.

The scheduling was easy. Filing the claim was easier; I phoned State Farm, they sent you an electronic notification, you ordered the parts, put them on, polished the car. It looks 10 years younger, I may have to keep it another 10.

I have no complaints on the work that was done but I was extremely dissatisfied with the communication. First, when I called and asked if I could bring my car in they did not state that it would take 3 weeks to get to the or, if they did I would not have brought it this shop. Once my car was there it was not safe to drive elsewhere so I was stuck. Next, there was very little communication on the work needed while it was in the shop, I got 1 proactive call and every other reach out I had to do myself. Finally, they mentioned that the tire would not be covered by insurance and provided a quote from another shop. However, they did not make it clear how unsafe the tire was to drive on. I made it less than a mile before the tire was flat on the road and disintegrating. I wish I was given the option of paying to get it done as part of the other service to save myself the unsafe conditions of driving on it but I wasn't. I will not be recommending your shop in the future.
