They done a amazing job on my car. And their customer Service is a 10 out of 10. Messaging me through the week to keep me posted on everything. Letting me know when it was about done. Partnering with loaner car company to come pick me up so I didn't have to bother anyone else to give me a ride there. I honestly could not ask for any better. Thank you guys so much. I would recommend you guy to anyone and everyone.

Steve was absolutely awesome to work with. The repairs were done perfectly and we got the truck back just in time for prom. Steve saved the day and prom for my son!!!! Will definitely use Tri-Star again and will certainly recommend Tri-Star to all.

This is second repair I've had done at Hunter/Tristar

Repair work was excellent. There is an issue that is unresolved. Prior to the accident with my Hyundai Santa Fe, my air conditioning system worked perfectly and I've never had any issues out of it. A day or two after the incident the air conditioner started losing its charge and went completely dead with no air at all. I do not believe that it's just a coincidence that it happened at exactly the same moment the accident occurred and I think that there needs to be more research done on my air conditioning system. I'm going to take it to a qualified shop and I will be canvassing Farm Bureau to accept their analysis and to have the responsible parties insurance to pay for the air conditioning system to be fixed.

They’ve done work for me twice now, both times on the same part of the vehicle because it had two different accidents. The first time the bodywork was done pretty well, but there was a tiny gap between the back bumper and the car that bothered me a little bit the second time the bodywork was done perfectly, but my radio no longer works

I recently had my car repaired and although the bodywork job was done well, my radio no longer works, and they won’t claim responsibility unless I can provide proof that they were the ones who messed it up, but there is no way for me to provide proof of that obviously. So now I’m having to spend over $500 to get my radio fixed when I already spent $1000 for a deposit.
