They did excellent body repair. However I am concerned with how long it took them and lack of communication. My greatest concern is that someone was operating my vehicle while it was in their possession for repairs. When I arrived my car was completely empty of gas. The car had gas in it when it was dropped off.

The repair work is outstanding and I am so grateful. The staff was kind. They told me that a part came in broken and so it delayed the completion of the project by 4 extra days. I am concerned and surprised bc it seems as if someone drove my vehicle quite a bit, once it was completed. The gas tank was completely EMPTY when we picked it up. The car settings and seats etc were all changed for someone to drive the vehicle around. I tried to drive home but there was zero gas in my tank. Someone was riding around in my car is my concern. I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS.

The work they did was excellent I am just concerned about the extended time my vehicle was in their shop. I believe they drove my car around once it was fixed. My car was completely out of gas when I arrived for pick up. I am very concerned about this.

I wouldn't go anywhere else but TriStar Collision. I know my car will be perfectly restored when it leaves the shop. I'm one of those drivers that wants their car to look perfect all the time. I take a lot of pride in my vehicle.. it may not be brand new but it looks brand new.. thanks in part to TriStar!

I think I've had one complaint in my 20-year history with this location which began as Rivergate Body Shop.. many of the original employees are still here.. that speaks volumes for TriStar, the new owners. The employees here are some of the best in the business.
