Joanna graciously answered all my questions, assisted me with the rental car from Hertz, diligently kept me advised on the progress of repairs, and in general was a pleasure to work with. I also had a very pleasant conversation with the owner, whose name unfortunately I did not get, but he is a very nice and gracious man. The repairs to my car seem to have been expertly done, and my car was beautifully cleaned inside and out before it was returned to me. I am very happy with that!
