I was entirely satisfied and impressed with the service, communication, and staff. I was also very pleased with paint quality and appearance. However I was HIGHLY dissatisfied and disappointed with the large, gaudy, eye sore rivets that were used on my bedside to attach. It is extremely non cosmetic and sticks out like a sore thumb. Also very disappointed with the junky rear bumper that was installed to replace the factory bumper.
