Although 90% of the repairs were exceptionally great, the fact that the car pulls to the right, has been blown off. Stating to my daughter that it was the crown in the road or the steering wheel cover is ludicrous. This is NOT okay. I want an appointment to correct this.NO COST TO ME. I'm calling State Farm to discuss it with them

Battery was low after I picked it up. That did cause issues until I drove it around for several hours. Something to be aware of and possibly mention with newer cars that are constantly communicating with an app.

Always a courteous and professional job done by Turk’s! Trips to the auto body shop aren’t usually what we want for our vehicles but Turk’s is there when we need them and have always exceeded our expectations. They are reliable, trustworthy and communicative.

Another successful repair from Turk’s. As ever they communicated proactively, under promised and over-delivered, while be courteous and highly skilled. They are contentious and detail oriented. Prefer not to have the need for hail damage repair but lovely to know Turk’s is there when we need them.
