My truck is back to predeer condition. The staff that I interacted with were amazing and took great care from beginning to end. The only thing I had any issue with was dropping the truck off fresh from filling the gas tank up and picking it up down to 1/4 tank. That was unexpected and not pleasing. The rest went well.

My car was estimated to be picked up on April 2nd. It was then estimated to be ready by April 6th. I was contacted and informed that there was an issue with the removal of a wheel bearing, and an entire kit replacement would need to be ordered. After hearing no update , I called on April 7th and was told that something else had been damaged and needed to be replaced. Upon picking up my car on April 8th, the wheel bearing still seems not to be repaired. I can hear the problem that was my initial concern and reason for an insurance claim. My vehicle is unsafe and my concerns were not addressed.
