Very friendly staff, well-executed repair, and incredibly smooth rental process. The ability to receive updates / check progress online is also helpful. One opportunity: our completion date ended up being pushed out twice (one week later in total) and this wasn’t always signaled through text / online. Some proactive communications *before* the completion date changes would be welcome and helpful. Would absolutely return to Turnpike Motors in the future, though.

I was satisfied by the body work that was done on my car. More so upset by the fact that the buttons for my window were broken and I wasn’t notified or told about them until i took my car myself.
