"Just picked up my Volvo today and could t be happier with the way it looks. After my wreck entrusted my suv to IAB, and was met with top tier customer service & support. They kept me apprised of the status of my vehicle throughout the process, making me feel comfortable and I informed every step of the way. I’m a customer for life and will send everyone I know needing repairs and such to IAB! I highly recommend Chris Haywood, and the entire operation and team there!! 5 stars all the way!! Excellent experience!! Highly satisfied!"

"LAB was wonderful to work with - everything was explained clearly, questions were quickly and clearly answered, everyone was truly nice and professional, the work was completed early and my car is great!"

"Excellent service from the first conversation I had with Efrian. His over the phone quote he sent was spot on. No funny games like other shops , you show up and it’s 1000.00 more dollars. From that first phone call to when I arrived he immediately looked at the car with his supervisor and confirmed that the quote was correct. And he kept me informed every day and when I picked it up he had it ready and waiting for me in the service drive. NOT a 5 star service it was more like 125 SuperStar service. I own my own business and know how hard it is to find dependable and a hard working employees are hard to come by. So this is why I spend time with reviews because so many customers only complain and hardly ever stop to make a good review. So when it is called for I take the time. Excellent employee. Definitely a management material professional individual Efrian is , so take good care of h"
