I was quite happy with Ultimate Collision‘s repair on my Jetta. I figured it would take about a month to do it so sourcing the parts getting them putting them in the car whatever they needed to do and it took a little bit less than a month so I was happy that it was all done. It looks my car looks great. It drives just like the old days before I got rear ended so I’m happy.

I was happy with the customer service they when it was getting your time for the car to be completed. They called me a couple of times told me what was going on assured me that they had everything in hand so I was happy.

Once Ultimate Collision had our car, the repair process was the least stressful part of all the post-accident stuff. They had fantastic customer service and were great about letting us know what to expect and providing updates throughout the process. The car came back looking great and has been driving without issue. Obviously we hope to *not* need repairs like that again, but if we do, we'd go back without hesitation.
