Jose my contact person was Amazing he notified me of progress of my auto repairs as needed he kept me well informed of the progress and any issues that occur. Jose had a unique opportunity my car was a SSR and the repair parts where no longer made GMC stoped making parts in 2010 Jose thur his knowledge and expertise was able to find the parts needed to repair my vehicle thur his many contacts thur his expertise to locate the needed parts all over the Country. When my SSR was completed and ready to pick up by me . I was astonished on what my SSR looked after being repaired by Ultimate/ Collision it was outstanding I am very happy with the entire team of professional who represent Ultimate/ Collision and of coarse Jose . Repair is fine. Side mirror sensors and trunk foot sensor do not work anymore though. I am taking the car into the dealer for maintenance on 6/22 and will have them look at it. Michael told me to let him know if there’s a charge.

I noticed the front bumper on my car was either not fixed, or just replaced poorly. Reviewing my receipt it was supposed to be fixed. Additionally the tint on my driver said window was left with a massive air bubble and tearing at the top of the window. I was told the air bubble would go away so I made no fuss, 1 week later nothing changed. I just noticed my bumper today after checking receipt.
