They didn’t complete the repair. Tailgate was not coated with spray liner. Original tailgate had the linex spray liner.

I’m counting on the fact that all of the nuts & bolts, etc. are secure on the vehicle where parts were replaced or repaired. It’s why the score is a 5 and not a 1.

Jose was awful, no follow-up. I had to call him too many time to learn about the status of my car. He gave inaccurate details on when the vehicle would be completed. The completion date changed 3 times. He went on vacation, never totd me and once again, I had to call to find out about my car.

The work on my car was excellent. But y’all need to work on your communication with your clients. I had to call 3 times to try to get a hold of someone and I always got an excuse and couldn’t get no update on my vehicle. Supper frustrating
