Ultimate collision was excellent. I dropped off my car around 10:30 a.m. 03/15/21 and it was completed and ready for pickup at 3 p.m. on Friday, 03/19/21. The communication from the shop to myself over those five days was great. I received daily texts alerting me as to the progress of my car.

Each step was was meticulous taken care of. I was communicated with frequently on the progress of the work being done on my vehicle. There were no surprises to add to the stress of being without my vehicle. Every staff member my husband and I spoke with was kind, helpful and understanding.
