Communication and customer service are lacking which are huge issues, besides the admin who was extremely nice and would be the only reason would recommend

The female Admin Assistant was extremely nice and helpful however rest of the staff possibly the owners were not. Did not communicate properly or go over vehicle with me upon pickup, only a 3 because of admin being so nice and helpful of would give a zero

2nd time I’ve worked with Ultimate Collision, in particular with Matt. Everyone is friendly, super professional and the quality and timeliness of their repair work is solid. This last time when I got my car back, I noticed that the child latch was pushed on since there’s a child car seat in the backseat. I thought this was a really kind gesture and shows their attention to detail and that they care!

I highly recommend Ultimate Collision for auto body repairs big and small. Ive worked with them twice and Matt and his team restored my 2003 Baja to orginal color and it looks beautiful! The mechanics also repaied an intermitten electro-mechanical switch and got my truck running better than ever! They are professional and easy to work with. I'm very happy with the repair work by Ultimate Collision and recommend them for all auto body needs.
