Excellent customer service and great communication from beginning to end. Appreciated the texts updating me throughout the process. The intake was fast and efficient (kaka’ako location), and the pickup was also smooth and fast (Mapunapuna). The repair looks great. I would recommend this company 100%.

My car was repaired ahead of schedule which was nice. The only feedback I will give is that I couldn’t reach anyone to confirm my drop off date. It may be because you were short handed and don’t work weekends. But you automated phone system was not much help and even a bit confusing. Otherwise, post drop off and pick up were good.

Not only was the repair done expertly, but the whole car looked beautiful as it had been washed and spiffed up. Pride of work was evident: The vehicle was also returned to me ahead of anticipated time. Staff was very kind and helpful throughout the process as well, especially fellow dog lover Robin!

I have already reported several problems with the work performed by UNIBODY Autotech (orange peel surfaces on both doors, clear drip marks on rear fender, torn front door seal, and questionable fender appliqué on rear fender). I have been assured by UNIBODY that the problems will be addressed within a few weeks (after the replacement door seal arrives), which I appreciate. I believe that a better inspection of the repair work should have been performed by UNIBODY before they called me to pick up the car.
