Repair work and color match were good. Two comments though: (1) when I drove home, I had to pull off the freeway because I had a hazard alert that the tire pressure for the tire that had the rim replaced was extremely low. I went to the nearest gas station in the area. The tire pressure was below 30, and should have been 38. Not sure what happened or why that was not checked before returning the car to me; (2) fine scratches or swirl marks are now visible in the repair area when the sun hits the car. Not sure what caused that, but I may check back with the shop to find out.

From getting the estimate to getting the car repaired to picking it up, everyone was very professional, accommodating, clearly explained everything, kept me informed every step of the way on the status of my repair, being able to handle the rental right at the shop was a big plus.

When I got out of the car and closed the drivers door, I realized it took three tries to close it securely. I believe it needs to be adjusted. I left a message at 808-592-5000 and hope to get a call back tomorrow. My number is 807-927-1980.

I got into a fender bender. Getting it fixed by Unibody Autotech was a highly efficient and satisfying process. My car now looks brand new. Getting an estimate for the repairs was done quickly and easily. I was constantly updated on scheduling. Once I dropped off the car I was regularly updated on the status of repairs. It was done two days early. My car was washed and vacuumed. Personnel were pleasant at every step of the process. I am very satisfied with the service received and highly recommend Unibody Autotech!!
