We specialize in collision repair and have many OEM certifications including Tesla, Mercedes, Lexus, GM, Nissan, Mazda, and Ford and much more. Our massive state of the art facilities allows us to produce and meet expectations of today's current market. We strive to work with those insurance partners and groups that are trying to provide the best possible experience for our mutual customers. The visible repairs overall were good. There was a part underneath the car that needed repair, a dust bracket, and it wasn’t touched. I’m not sure how you miss that when you replace the muffler and it’s right by that. And they placed a 2.0T badge on the truck lid when the vehicle is not a Turbo. Probably just came on the new lid. I felt the attention to detail lacked.

I was impressed by each individual that I worked with at Unique. I was initially referred to this location after an incredibly frustrating Valet parking incident. They were so kind and patient with me in my frustration. I picked up my car after they took care of communicating with the insurance and my car looked better than when I took it in! Including a surprise detail that I didn't know I would be getting. I had another unfortunate situation on the freeway only days later and had to take my car back. Once again they were incredibly sympathetic and even made me laugh. They were so quick with this additional repair. Clearly, I can't say enough about the positive experience I had with Unique in American Fork. THANK YOU, UNIQUE!
