I would rate my experience as 8 out of 10. The exterior repair quality was good overall, but there were a few areas where the touch-up work could have been better. The repair could have been done much earlier as 7 days seems longer as the parts were replaced . Since the hood was repaired, it would have been appreciated if the engine compartment had been lightly cleaned, as it was covered in dust, and the interior had been vacuumed before returning the vehicle. Considering the repair cost of approximately $5,500, these small courtesy services would have enhanced the overall customer experience and demonstrated greater attention to detail.

The paint body shop touch-up work could be improved, as there are several deep areas that were not properly repaired. Additionally, the turnaround time could be faster, as taking more than a week to complete the work seems excessive.

I honestly am not sure that I have had a better customer experience anywhere, let alone at an auto body shop! Chad and the rest of his crew are truly the kindest people on earth and went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of during an extremely stressful situation. Our car was hit, we were planning on going on a road trip with our kids over the holiday, and insurance was not cooperating. Chad ensured that they would get everything taken care of. On top of that, when I went to pick up the vehicle, our car literally looked BETTER than it did before the accident because it was so clean! Obviously I don't want to have to visit the auto body shop again, but if I do, I will 100% be taking it back to here.
