Great People, Questionable Quality Control" "I have mixed feelings. On one hand, the customer service is top-tier and the paint job is actually high quality. On the other hand, the attention to detail before delivery was... nonexistent. I got my Raptor back after 3 weeks with mystery adhesive on the doors and a bone-dry washer fluid reservoir (even though they replaced the pump). The interior was so dusty I had to pay for a separate detail just to feel clean in my own truck. The real frustration? I had to return twice because they 'forgot' to replace the scratched skid plate from the accident and the new fender flare had a gap wide enough to see through. After picking it up a second time and seeing the front bumper still misaligned, I just gave up and fixed it myself in my garage. I appreciate the 'Lifetime Warranty' and the friendly staff, but for a truck like this, I shouldn't have to be my own Quality Control manager. Great people, but please, check the bolts before you call the client.
