I was not impressed that no one thought it was important to thank me for choosing their collision center and walk me through the repairs results but I was given the warranty and asked to do a survey giving them a ten.

I was told that they would keep me updated on the repairs progress however I had to call and ask for results before receiving anything from them over a weeks period. When I called I only got the switchboard where I was told to choose my party extension.
