Front desk tried to brush off my concerns I had with the repairs and the bumper being yellow and the car being white and tried to tell me my entire bumper was replaced when it wasn’t. Furthermore she was so sure she knew what she was talking about I was able to show her scratches on the bumper that I even have no clue where they came from. Catherine- it’s ok you didn’t do the work and you know it looks like crap! It’s a Lexus let them fix my damn car!

I'm extremely displease with going to United Collision for my repair. The repair time is long and my advisor (John Swart) were disappointing. It would have been less stressful if my advisor was a little more attentive. I feel like during the first half of my experience, I was just left alone to try to figure out what's the status of my car repair. If the repair is major and extensive, a courtesy call or email would be helpful. I didn't really get an update until I sent emails and calls the bodyshop. John is full of excuses, he doesn't own up to what a good customer service need to be. I would have rather just call a phone line to speak with a computer than to talk to John. Lastly, when I called to make ask for GM, the representative (Kathy) spoke to me and provide me with an update on why my car was delayed and changed to repair date. After my call that day (7/24/2019), my car miraculously was available for pick-up because I got a call 2 hours later that day to let me know about the pick-up. This made me realize that my car may have already been ready and people in service or not updating their notes to the people up front. Nevertheless, I'm definitely not bring my business to this shop nor refer anyone here. My experience is beyond horrible...

The leather covering my glove box was hanging down loose, it is now off of one side, dangling. Not sure why that area of the car was even touched or why someone would leave it like that...
