When I brake, the driver's seat still makes a clicking noise. In addition, before I took possession of the vehicle, I asked Richard whether the alignment had been completed. He told me that it had been done. However, when I got home and reviewed the estimate, I noticed that there was no mention of an alignment being performed. Due to those unresolved issues. No thanks to your company I have long bottle ahead with the State Farm. Based on my experience, I will never return to your shop and cannot recommend yourself to others.
