I had a great experience with United Collision Center after my BMW was involved in an accident. They did an excellent job repairing the car and returning it to the same condition it was in before the accident. Jim was especially great throughout the process, he kept us updated, was clear with communication, and stayed committed to delivering the car exactly as promised. I appreciated the updates and there were no surprises! I like how you all worked directly with my insurance company.Also the detailing of the car was also a nice touch and rhe partnership wirh enterprise and the smoothness of that process.
