Fantastic work with United Collision. Everyone there was very professional and helped answer all my questions. This was my first time ever having to repair a damaged vehicle and going into it I was nervous. I work in the automotive industry and I’ve seen many vehicles with bogus and cheap repair efforts from body shops that end up making things worse. After hearing good things and seeing good reviews about United Collision I decided to book with them. Throughout the whole process of getting my vehicle repaired they constantly sent me updates on my vehicle which helped ease my worry of how long it would take. To my surprise my vehicle was ready faster than I was anticipating and when I picked my vehicle up I was pleased to see the quality job they performed. Shout out to Lu Gonzales for helping me with my drop off, estimate, and pick up process and to Rick Thompson for the constant communication he provided me while my vehicle was in for repairs. Overall 10/10 would recommend to friends and family for quality repairs.
