Jim did an amazing job with both communication and repairs with my BMW! As a customer, I felt extremely taken care of as well as my issues being fully addressed. Super down to earth and kept me updated throughout the whole process. The repairs came out amazing and it's like the damage was never there in the first place. Hopefully I don't get hit by another person, but if I do, I'll definitely trust Jim with my repairs.

I’m very happy with my experience at United Collision Center. They took the time to carefully inspect every part of my car and made sure everything was repaired the right way. They also handled the entire insurance process, which made everything so much easier and stress-free for me. Luisa was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process, especially with arranging my rental car and getting everything set up smoothly. Nathan was very detailed when it came to the repairs and made sure everything was done properly. When I got my car back, it was cleaner than ever and all the work was completed in a very timely manner. Thank you so much to the whole team. I truly appreciate it!

This was my second time using United Collision Center recently. The first was for a paint recall. All went so well, and we were very pleased with the new paint job. When I was struck by another driver, I knew I would return to your shop. From start to finish, the process ran smoothly. I received texts informing me of each step, and alerts for insurance payments so I knew the process was almost complete. Sebastian was very thorough with informing me of how the process would be handled. Celia kept me informed about the change orders for the insurance company, so I did not have any hassle. Please let the body shop employees know we appreciate their efforts. We will definitely recommend you to friends and family!

With the insurance claim, PERFECT! I asked for a passenger side door dent to be fixed with a paint repair tool(and received it) in addition to the claim, but the door paint job was very spotty. I did not point it out while I was there because the dent was repaired, and I wanted to be back in my car again, but the paint was splotchy, from what I’ve been told, orange peel like. I planned to clean my car/buff that out, but I was wanting my car to look as if nothing happened for $550….It is still much better the way it looked and less likely for rust damage, but, at the right angles, I noticed it. I will still see about buffing it out myself, but if that doesn’t work, I will want to get it worked on again. The problem is, United is 1.5+ hours away from me, and I appreciate love their work/communication, which is why I love using you, but I don’t want to drive that far, AND pay for a rental in the meantime, even if just fixed to my liking at no cost(other than me paying for my rental for this). If it can be remedied through buffing, 100% rating. If it can’t, I’d very much appreciate working with me on costs and time.
