I found the Dashboard to be very helpful in letting me know the breakdown of the costs as well as timing/status of the repairs. Everyone I spoke to when I called in was pleasant and eager to assist. I appreciated being able to leave the rental car when I picked up my car and not have to make a separate trip to return it myself. Thanks to Buddy for sending photos of the car's damage before the start of the repairs (my son was in accident and had it towed directly there) and to Mike for all his help throughout the entire process!
