The body of my car looks brand new…. Just giving 8 rate because I the electric part is not 100% when I got my car back - my radio is not connecting my phone through apple car or bluetooh, which it was working totally fine before I drop off. I need to get back to check

Kevin's customer service was excellent and I appreciated the continued updates of my car's progress while the repairs were being done. However, the small cup/container for the console was not replaced and I do need to get that. Thank you for your professionalism, honesty and quality work as I will recommend you!

Second time using the services for repair and once again a positive experience. The repairs are flawless, we are really happy with the results. Car came back looking brand new, and cleaner than when I dropped it off. The job took a little longer than expected, but the communication throughout was excellent so it wasn’t a problem. Seamless coordination with the rental car company too.

I was happy and very satisfied with most of the repairs however an aftermarket front bumper was used which didn’t align 100% resulting in gaps on both sides with the right being worse. This was addressed with my contact at the shop and he’s arranged for me to return my car next week for an exchange with an OEM part.

Ruben has been very thorough and great with communication of updates concerning my vehicle. He immediately addressed the fit issue with aftermarket front bumper and has been working on resolving that.
