I would have rated this experience a 10+ alone because of Chris and his professionalism. But unfortunately due to my vehicle being behind schedule 5/6 days and I had to out of my pocket my rental cost for the additional days I have to lower the experience.

We were terrifically impressed with the care and speed with which you repaired our car Kevin Russell kept us informed of the progress and made the entire experience as easy as having a wreck repaired can be. He is top notch and the workmanship of the repair team is excellent. The loaner car from Enterprise and their convenience was also great.
