We were terrifically impressed with the care and speed with which you repaired our car Kevin Russell kept us informed of the progress and made the entire experience as easy as having a wreck repaired can be. He is top notch and the workmanship of the repair team is excellent. The loaner car from Enterprise and their convenience was also great.

The service took way too long starting with miscommunication of getting my car there. It sat in the tow yard for several days. I do have to say that I appreciate the extreme attentiveness to the quality of the work.

The center chime pieces of the hub caps are missing. Also some pins to keep the undercover wasn’t ready yet. The gas tank wasn’t full. I guess I’m frustrated because you’ve had the car since November. Mary

Service was good. Was a long drawn out process. Car was assembled and reassembled 4 or 5 times to redo places that were missed originally. This made the process take a lot longer than anticipated.
