I'm not mad. You do a great job. But if someone has a minor deflect ot plastic damage better to talk about it then waiting til they pick up the car. People want a polished product.

jf something isn't covered by insurance when it should or shouldn't. You should probably call the client and see if they want it fixed. I'm kind of annoyed no one called me and now I'm left with body work after I waited 3 weeks. This is for a part less than $100. Just why? South salt lake was champ but not certain the communication was there with Lindon.

I had a check engine light come on as I drove away. I called and asked about any error codes and was told I'd get an email but never did. The error code was minor and I was able to clear it but not getting the email is a little concerning.

The team at valley collision made the quote process a breeze, followed up to schedule my repair, worked with me for rentals, provided me nearly daily reminders. On top of all of this the customer service was outstanding. Car looks good as new, this was a great experience.
