I'm not sure on the repair process for a car, but if I had told the shop the car pulled to the left, I feel like it should've been test drove to confirm that it was no longer pulling left. I was told it was fully fixed and ready to go even though the alignment ended up still being off. Everything else was fine and Brock Durant has done a great job with repairs and coordinating with dealerships and shops to get my car fixed.

Everyone was great, I was Very surprised how fast the process was. Repair was amazing, paint color matched perfectly. I loved the added touch of having a washed and vacuumed car at the end. Amazing job I will definitely be recommending you guys in the future! Thanks!

My car is so beautiful, thank you so much for the work you all put into it! Also, everyone at valley collision was very very helpful. There is still a rattling when I open the trunk of the car that the shop said they had fixed. Overall, I’m very happy with my repair.
