The repaired right rear bumper looks great and completed on time. Apparently, the rubber floor mats front and rear were removed and placed in my trunk. When I picked up the car they were still in the trunk and hadn’t been returned to front and rear nor cleaned. Not a big deal but the car had been washed and looked great. Just a small detail overlooked. Thank you for your prompt service. Will use you again

Unfortunately, I've had to use Valley Collision services twice in 6 months. Once for a parked hit and run damage and just last week for a smashed window break in. My car is an older Honda and I was not happy about these expenses on my auto but... these guys were great. For the body repair I did take for car for 3 estimates and decided to go with Valley Collision downtown, primarily for their location and friendliness. The results were timely and exceptional. So much so that last week when my window was shattered, I called them directly. They were able to store my CRV that afternoon for security precautions. Window replaced within 2 days and they also performed headlight restoration which has made all the difference in the world for nighttime driving. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The car still had been keyed where they said they would repair it. The receptionist was very unprofessional when she saw my bill while on the phone with me before I arrived at the shop.
