I'm not giving it a 10 because I had to call them to get updates and timeline for my car repair. It was promised at 1 week and turned out to be 2, which I didn't mind but would have appreciated if they had let me know along the process.

When I called Brock, at Garff Honda’s recommendation, he assured me he would fix my long-standing front-end damage at a reasonable expense on my 16 year-old Civic. His work was very high quality and he was able to lower his estimate by about 5% on the final bill. He had the car ready 6 hours earlier than promised.
