Great communication. The fixes look great! There is a black spot on one of the seats that wasn’t there before, but I will call in tomorrow to chat about that! I feel confident that the team will address my concern! They were great to work with.

I wish you guys were more transparent. It was beyond frustrating to bring up all the things I wanted checked and you guys looked me in the face like yep we can do that, in reality you guys didn’t have the equipment or people to do what I asked. If I had known I would have gone somewhere that does that as well and I feel you guys knew that so didn’t say anything so you guys could make money from the insurance company. However great quality and great work.

Great quality work but customer service beyond poor. I feel I was only taken as customer so you guys could make money from progressive. Non of the concernes I brought up you guys were able to actually do as had to make a huge reschedule that ended up costing me extra 5 days.

I was worried when I first dropped my car off. I did not know this company. But, they were warm and welcoming, answered all my questions, and even offered me a ride. They were fast, gave me an estimate, kept in touch every step of the way, did a fantastic job fixing my car, and then dropped it off at my house. Oh yeah, they even washed it! A big thank you to Valley Collision Lindon you guys are great!!! Highly recommended
