Everyone at Valley collision was so kind and communicative, making an inconvenient situation much more tolerable. Ellen did a great job at explaining everything from the start and keeping us updated throughout. The text updates were super helpful and so was the easy coordination with the rental car office. You can tell that teamwork is a top priority for this car shop! I’d recommend to anyone.

Valley collision made my car look beautiful when I picked it up it looked brand new inside and out, in fact I almost didn't recognize it. They even went the extra mile when I was concerned about my Bluetooth to help troubleshoot and guide me as to where I needed to go.
