I was told the car would be done on Jan. 24th. To my complete surprise, it was done 12 days early! Thanks for your hard work and excellent service. If we ever have another incident, we will certainly be happy to use your service again.

I was kept informed of the progress of my repairs. Also, they were able to get it done 12 days earlier than anticipated, which is always a good thing. The car looks good, all repairs were done and no complaints with that.

We have an older (2007) Ford Focus that one of our kids drives. It was in an accident in late summer and I brought it to Valley for repair. I wanted to use after market or used parts, which they did, and the repair was just what I wanted. Couldn't complain one bit. Unfortunately, that same car was in another accident a short time thereafter. We took it back in but it needed to have some mechanical work done first. I was told that the body work would not be too extensive, around $2,000, give or take. We went ahead and had it sent out for the mechanical work, which took a bit longer than we thought, but that was OK. When we had it taken back to Valley we were told that they would no longer do what they called 'temporary repairs' and that the cost was now closer to $7,000. I told them that it didn't seem fair that they could change horses in the middle of the stream and that we would have taken the insurance pay-out rather than have repairs if we had known. I asked if they could make an exception in a case like ours because we had trusted your word. They said no, no exceptions. So all that to say, Valley has gone from a 'solid recommend' from me to a 'don't trust them". Sorry to say. Your word to your customers should outweigh your policy changes. At least until those already in the pipeline have cleared.
